Report from AFWG--request clearance to post for comment
The ccNSO Council has received an interim report from the Accountability Framework Working Group (AFWG), which is herewith released for comment. The purpose of the AFWG was to develop a minimum set of criteria for an Accountability Framework between ICANN and a ccTLD manager. It is an informal initiative of the ccNSO Council and is not part of any formal ICANN or ccNSO Policy Development Process. Comments will be sought over the next 21 days until GMT 20.00 Friday 9 December 2005.
