CODEV-NIC is a free domain name registry program. It allows the registry to register names and manages them afterwards. It can produce automatically a DNS zone file from the database and it includes a whois server.
The main asset of CODEV-NIC is that it is multi-policy (every TLD has their own registration rules).

CODEV-NIC has jointly been developed by three registries: .ci (Ivory Coast), .mg (Madagascar) and .fr (France).
