Potential IGLC members and those want to learn more about the work of the IGLC are kindly invited to a 1-hour webinar, hosted by ccNSO IGLC chair Annaliese Williams (.au). The webinar will be held on Wednesday, 24 January 2024 at 07:00 UTC. You will be informed on how to join the Committee, the required skill set, the topics that will be addressed by this group, and its working methods.

Who can become an IGLC member?
Membership of the Committee is open to all ccTLD managers (whether members of the ccNSO or not) The membership will be listed on https://ccnso.icann.org/en/workinggroups/iglc.htm
Term of service
There is no term end, however each year the members of the Committee will be asked whether they want to continue to serve thereon. The group encourages participation from all geographic regions and by volunteering you commit to participate in and contribute to the meetings and to the work in between those meetings.
Working methods
The committee meets on a monthly basis through Zoom and might decide to hold a working session during the ICANN public meetings. Also, the IGLC occasionally organizes session on internet governance topics, with relevance to ccTLD managers. Recent examples include the ICANN78 session on WSIS+20. The working language of the committee is English.

It also describes the rights you have regarding your information. Members shall be appointed by the ccNSO Council after closure of the call for volunteers.
