Following the recent transfer of the Belarus ccTLD (.by) from Reliable Software, Ltd. to Belarusian Cloud Technologies LLC., Reliable Software, Ltd is no longer the ccTLD Manager of .by
According to the ICANN Bylaws, ccNSO membership is limited to ccTLD Managers (originally Sponsoring Organisation), which are the entities listed as ccTLD Manager in the IANA TLD Delegation record. Consequently, the ccNSO Council concluded at its 21 July 2022 meeting that the ccNSO membership of Reliable Software, Ltd has ended, after completion of the .by transfer process.
