The ccNSO Council requested the ccNSO Guideline Review Committee (GRC) to create a ccNSO Conflict of Internet (COI) Guideline. The GRC seeks volunteers for a subgroup that will focus specifically on this task. The ccNSO Secretariat now launches this call for volunteers.
Who can join the GRC COI subgroup?
Representatives from ccTLD Managers who are ccNSO members. Membership in the ccNSO is open to entities and organisations responsible for managing an ISO 3166 country-code top-level domain.
To ensure timely participation and start of this effort, the volunteers may participate in the proceedings of the sub-group of the GRC on equal footing as the GRC members, from the moment onwards the ccNSO Secretariat receives your expression of interest.
The committee meets every two weeks on Zoom. The working language of the committee is English. The sub-group is expected to start its activities in February 2022. Participation in the sub-group ends, once the sub-group closes.
How to apply?
Send your Expressions of Interest (EoI) to join the GRC sub-group to email@example.com
The deadline for volunteering is Friday, 14 January 2022 (23:59 UTC).
You will be required to consent to ICANN processing your personal data for the purpose of serving on the GRC COI sub-group under ICANN's data protection policy.
The sub-group is expected to present a first draft of the ccNSO Conflict of Interest Guideline to the ccNSO Council by May 2022.
