The ccNSO Meetings Programme Committee (MPC) is seeking presenters for the next edition of the ccTLD News session, to be held 21-26 October during the ICANN78 Annual General Meeting in Hamburg, Germany. Whether you are an experienced presenter or this will be your first time, the MPC encourages you to submit your proposal, spread the word among your peers in the ccTLD community, and participate. ccTLDs around the world want to hear from you!
The ccTLD News Session is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, 25 October, and will allow for both in-person and virtual participation. Simultaneous interpretation will be available for selected ccNSO sessions during ICANN78, including the ccTLD News Session, and participants will be able to select the language they wish to speak or listen to in Zoom. Languages available will be Arabic, English, French or Spanish. The ccNSO Meeting Programme Committee looks forward to your participation!

The deadline for submissions is Wednesday, 6 September 2023 (23:59 UTC).
Next steps
After the application deadline, the MPC will review all proposals and set the agenda for the meeting. Mid-September, the ccNSO Secretariat will notify all applicants and publish the agenda for the ccTLD News Session. All presenters will receive a briefing paper outlining role, scope, etc. All session presenters will be invited to attend an informational pre-session meeting and a rehearsal session closer to ICANN78.
About the ccTLD News Sessions
Previous editions of the ccTLD News Sessions had an excellent collection of case studies, statistics, new developments, trends and more. The ccTLD News Sessions have been a part of the ccNSO Members Meetings for several years and has provided a global platform for both experienced and new people to meet, share experiences and discuss ccTLD-related aspects. For reference, the most recent session was held during ICANN77.
