Action Required: Create Your ICANN Account to Ensure Seamless Participation in ccNSO Activities

Date
02 December 2024

To streamline the management of ccNSO membership and ensure compliance with applicable laws, the ccNSO will soon be using ICANN's new Community Engagement System (CES) to manage stakeholder participation. This unified platform will enhance collaboration and improve efficiency in how we engage with the ccNSO community.
To facilitate the transfer and to ensure that data is processed in compliance with applicable laws, we ask you to create and maintain a personal ICANN Account if you do not already have one. Read more: https://account.icann.org/help

If you already have an ICANN Account (e.g. for registering at ICANN meetings), please login to your ICANN Account using the email address that you use for your ccNSO work and verify that your profile is up to date.
If you do not have an ICANN Account or are unsure, please create an ICANN Account at your earliest convenience.

This simple action on your part will help ensure a smooth transition to managing ccNSO membership through CES, while also ensuring that personal data related to ccNSO participation is processed in compliance with privacy regulations. For more information, please refer to the ICANN Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, which outline how ICANN and the ccNSO secretariat, handle data and govern the use of our online platforms and services. The role of the ccTLD Emissaries and Representatives is defined in the ICANN bylaws (Article 10, Section 10.4(e)).

Thank you for your cooperation. Please contact the ccNSO Secretariat if you have questions.
