Responsible of cctld .ec since 1999 leading the development process from a manual to online registration, new policies, and launch of second level domain registrations. Currently migrating from a monolithic model to a Registry / Registrar model.

Active Lactld member and as former Councillor was very involved in the reorganisation of its structure.
Working experience includes Finance and IT at Johnson & Johnson and MasterCard, mutual funds management for a local financial group, and management of the pioneer ISP that introduced internet in Ecuador.
Studied at Boston College, USA, graduated with double major in Finance and Computer Science.
