History: The ANRT was founded in 1998. It's the Telecom Regulatory Body in Morocco. In 2006, ANRT asked ICANN the redelegation of ".ma" domain name. this redelegation was decided in august 2006. Since this date, ANRT is responsible of ".ma" management. The technical platform is still managed by Maroc Telecom (a telecom operator in Morocco which managed the ".ma" since 1996).
