Ai-Chin has been a part of TWNIC since 1998. She played a major role in creating the .tw/.台灣 registration guidelines and developing the coordination of the domain name registration system and the DN Dispute Resolution Services. She also serves as the Co-Secretary of the Chinese Domain Name Consortium (CDNC) since 2005. Currently, she is Chair of APTLD. Before joining TWNIC, Ai-Chin worked at the Computer Center of the Ministry of Education and the Institute for Information Industry. She graduated from National Taiwan University with a B.A. in Political Science and holds M.S. in Computer Science from University of Missouri-Rolla in USA.
