The Secure Email Communication for ccTLD Incident Response (SECIR) Working Group's goal is to implement a ccTLD Contact Repository, to enable ccTLD operators to communicate with each other on rudimentary incidents. This is following the recommendations of the Working Group's predecessor, the Contact Repository Implementation Working Group.
