History: NITC is the Local Registrar for the .jo ccTLD for domain names. It has exclusive rights to do this job and nobody can register a domain name under .jo except through NITC. NITC always looks for better ways to serve its clientele. To do so, NITC applies best practice recommended by ICANN. Our main objective is to ensure stability & sustainability, accuracy, transparency of the domain name system and establish a fair and objective registration policy of first-come-firs-serve policy.  We make sure that we act efficiently with regard to time and cost and operate with technical competence.
