History: Jordan's MoDEE is the Registry and Registrar for the .jo / .الاردن ccTLD / IDN ccTLD respectively. While .jo was in operation in 1995, .الاردن was delegated in 2010. The domain name registry withinMoDEE ensures applying the latest trends in the domain name industry. We abide to the best practices and policies followed in the world of domain names. We engage in and support the cause of many Internet related organizations - both regional and international - such as ADNIGT, ASIWG, ICANN, IETF... a few to mention. Our main objective is to ensure stability & sustainability, accuracy, and transparency of the domain name system, and establish a fair, objective, and frequently updated registration policy. We make sure that we act efficiently with regard to time and cost, and operate with technical competence.
